Tank-to-Tank
A procedure where ownership of the product is transferred from the seller's storage tank to the buyer's storage tank. This typically occurs within the same storage facility or port, offering a secure and verifiable method of transfer.

Jurong, Rotterdam, Fujairah, Houston
Vessel-to-Tank
This procedure involves the transfer of product directly from a vessel (ship) into a storage tank. It is commonly used when the buyer has secured shore tank storage at the discharge port.

Any Safe Port (ASP)
Cost, Insurance, and Freight
A trade term requiring the seller to arrange for the carriage of goods by sea to a port of destination, and provide the buyer with the documents necessary to obtain the goods from the carrier. The seller pays for the costs, insurance, and freight.

EN590 Supply – African Ports
VTT Structure
We are currently engaging on EN590 (50 PPM & 10 PPM) supply opportunities into selected African ports under a specialized Vessel-to-Tank (VTT) transaction structure.
Key Parameters
- Product: EN590 – 50 PPM & 10 PPM
- Minimum Quantity: 50,000 MT
- Delivery: VTT (Vessel to Tank)
- Ports: African destinations (subject to terminal acceptance)
- Financials: No upfront banking instrument (i.e. SBLC or DLC) required
- Operational Requirement: VTTIPA must be endorsed by the receiving storage operator
This structure allows for controlled discharge into buyer-nominated storage, supported by standard inspection, terminal protocols, and established procedures.
